On the BIG ROAD of life, sometimes we need to WEIGH IN and BACK OFF THE HAMMER (or slow down) to thank God for the blessings He has given Cypress United Methodist Church. We're gonna COME IN LOUD AND PROUD for Stewardship 2012.

There is still time to turn in your pledge card for the Stewardship and Capital Improvement Campaigns. A big thank you to everyone who has pledged and given. 2012 is going to be a great for ministry!

2012 Capital Campaign:
Pledged: $173,567
Cards Received: 151
Average Pledge: $1,149
Received to Date: $58,172

Raising $275,000. There are improvments that have been put off for many years and the church is now in crisis mode; we have "hit a wall." Below are the areas of focus and the needs.

• Worship Arts: Improvement in media in the Worship Center
• Facilities/Trustees: A/C units, lighting and chairs
• Children: Media for The Park and the 6th grade Crossroads room, classroom upgrades
• Youth: Elevate room, furnishings, TV's and DVD's, and media equipment
• Communications/I.T.: Computer and operating system upgrades, server and network upgrades, and software upgrades
